1.These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the Method Do mobile application ('App') provided by Method Do ('we,' 'us,' or 'our').

2.By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our App.

3.These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Method Do.

4.We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice within the App or by sending you an email.

5.Your continued use of the App after we post any modifications to the Terms constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified Terms.

1.In order to access and use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account.

2.You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions performed under your account.

4.You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5.We reserve the right to terminate your account or suspend your access to the App at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

6.Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the App. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the App.

1.Method Do grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.You agree not to modify, adapt, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the App.

3.You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App.

4.We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or any feature of the App at any time without notice.

5.You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the App.

1.The App is designed to help you track your mood, habits, and daily activities. It is not intended to replace professional mental health services.

2.Information provided through the App is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3.The App is not a substitute for seeking help from qualified healthcare professionals.

4.If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately or consult with a qualified healthcare provider.

5.We do not guarantee that the App will improve your mental health or well-being.

1.We take your privacy seriously. Your information is stored on your device and on our secure servers. We do not share your personal data with third parties.

2.All personal information collected through the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3.While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.

4.You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App services.

1.The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Method Do and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

2.You may not use any of our trademarks, logos, or trade names without our prior written consent.

3.If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at info@method.do.

4.We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of the App to do the same.

5.Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding the App are entirely voluntary, and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions without any obligation to you.

1.You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2.You agree not to use the App to engage in any harmful, offensive, or illegal activities.

3.You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or any system or network connected to the App.

4.You agree not to use the App to distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.

1.To the maximum extent permitted by law, Method Do and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

2.In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past six months, or $50 if you have not made any payments to us.

3.Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

4.You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App.

1.These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Method Do is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

2.Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the jurisdiction in which Method Do is established, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

1.We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

2.By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the App.
